Compact Modern Farmhouse

Design is underway for a small compact house for a client looking for a very effcient small home that offers all the amentities of a conventional size home. The goal was to provide a modern farmhouse style home with a full kitchen and bath, living room, master suite and dining area. The home is based on an available timberframe series offered by a New England timber framer.
